1) Every day You need planning Your actions, and preferably do what you like.
2) Dont drink a lot of coffe. No more than two cups of coffee a day.
3) Drink apple, orange, pomelo and carrot fresh juice.
4) Talk with Your friends. Their support will give You a better state of health
5) Cheer Yourself mentally
6) Try to think of positive things
Dont sleep to much. Your sleep time must be eight hours lasts. Take a sport - a healthy body, healthy mind. Inhale relaxing essential oils.
